was called to order by President

Sherrell at 6:00 p.m.

on behalf of this community’s children.

Supt. Netzley asked Board members for direction

to reach a balanced 2009-2010 budget through

a combination of reduced expenditures and

increased revenues to identify $800,000 in savings.
