was called to order by President

Sherrell at 5:00 p.m.

Moved by W. Myers, supported by P. Fogg LHS STUDENT AB

that Leslie High School Student AB be EXPULSION

permanently expelled based on the

failure to comply with the provisions

of the Conditional Enrollment Behavior

Contract. Vote: ayes 6, nays 0,

absent 1 (M. Crowl), abstention 0.

Motion carried.

Moved by W. Myers, supported by A. Bigg APPROVE BOARD

that the Board of Education authorize COMMUNICATION

President Randy Sherrell to sign a Board TO LEA

Communication dated March 30, 2009 to PRESIDENT

the LEA President. Vote: ayes 6,

Agenda for the Community Forum.
