The special meeting of the Board of CALL MEETING

Education of the Leslie Public Schools,

Ingham and Jackson Counties, Michigan,

was called to order by President

Sherrell at 7:04 a.m.

Members present: Randy Sherrell

Tim Carroll

Mary Crowl

Eric Isham

Members absent: William Myers

Pat Fogg

Adrienne Bigg

Pledge of Allegiance given.

COMMENTS AND/CONCERNS OF CITIZENS PRESENT:

None.

BOARD DISCUSSION AND/OR ACTION:

Moved by T. Carroll, supported by E. Isham CLOSED

that the Board of Education convene in SESSION

Closed Session pursuant to Subsection

8 (c) of the Michigan Open Meetings

Act for the purpose of discussing contract

negotiations. Vote: ayes 4, nays 0,

absent 3 (W. Myers, P. Fogg, A. Bigg).

Motion carried.

The Board entered closed session at 7:05 a.m.

Moved by T. Carroll, supported by M. Crowl OPEN

that the Board of Education re-enter regular SESSION

session at 9:10 a.m. Vote: ayes 4, nays 0,

absent 3 (W. Myers, P. Fogg, A. Bigg).

Motion carried.

President Sherrell adjourned the meeting at 9:18 a.m. ADJOURNMENT
