Education and Leslie Public Schools,

Ingham and Jackson Counties, Michigan,

Was called to order by President

Sherrell at 6:00 p.m.

COMMENTS AND/CONCERNS OF CITIZENS PRESENT: 

Ed Schmidt distributed a memo to the Board regarding his

Contract and asked if they had any questions regarding it.

BOARD DISUCSION AND/OR ACTION:

Moved by T. Carroll, supported by E. Isham to approve thee                APPROVE

tentative agreement ratified by the Leslie Education                              TENTATIVE

Association (Ingham Clinton Education Association/MEA/NEA).        AGREEMENT

Vote:  ayes 5, nays 0, absent 2 (M. Crowl, P. Fogg).

Motion carried.
