was called to order by President Sherrell

at 7:00 p.m.

that Tom Davis be appointed and hold office

until the special school election which is

to be held on February 23, 2010. Roll

Call Vote: ayes – R. Sherrell, T. Carroll,

A. Bigg, M. Crowl, E. Isham; nays 0. Motion

carried.

Motion by E. Isham, supported by M. Crowl

that Bradley Ries be appointed and hold office

until the special school election which is

to be held on February 23, 2010. Roll

Call Vote: ayes – R. Sherrell, T. Carroll,

A. Bigg, M. Crowl, E. Isham; nays 0. Motion

carried.

President Sherrell adjourned the meeting at 8:59 p.m. ADJOURNMENT
