Do you live in your own home or apartment? If not, are you a family in transition or do you have Foster children? If so, you may be able to qualify for assistance with FREE breakfast and lunch for your children, transportation to and from school, food, clothing, and winter wear for your family among other things. Leslie High School art student Tori Cowan's acrylic painting titled Our Own Demise, was entered in the 2011-12 Ingham Art Competition and Exhibit. Over 250 entries were submitted for jurying. Her painting was one of 40 selected to be matted, framed and on display at the ISD's Thorburn Education Center for a year.
