Immunizations
.THE STATE SCHOOL AID ACT OF 1979 MCL - Section 388.1767 where complete, provisional, or waivered immunization records must be on file for 90% of all assessed students by November 1st and 95% by February 1st.
The Michigan Public Health Code and Michigan School Code mandates that all schools report the immunization status of:
- all Kindergarten students,
- newly enrolled students (during the current calendar year),
- all 7th grade students.
